Wildly disappointed by changed formula :(

I LOVED this shampoo and conditioner— it was my go-to for a few years. BUT the last time I restocked it became clear that the formula has changed. My hair doesn’t feel clean, it doesn’t feel smooth, and it tangles easily after use. The fragrance went from subtle and pleasant to artificial and overly strong. Something is also making me have an allergic reaction— my scalp and skin have been itching like crazy since I washed my hair with the newer products. I’m incredibly disappointed and have two huge bottles that will go to waste.

Love it!

I never thought I'd say this but, I love Monday! I've used Pantene for ages, & on vacation, tried Monday smooth shampoo & conditioner. I love it! It leaves my hair so soft & shiny. I even bought sets for my sister & my niece, so they could see how great this is. Definitely a customer for life.

NEW formula isn't good

I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for years and now it is a different formula. The new shampoo is a similar consistency to the conditioner and when drying my hair it seems like the parting and crown of my head hasn't been washed. I had to rewash with a different brand and then it was fine

Loss Hair

After using your product I-had hair loss .
Never had this issue with any other products. My hairstylist noticed it.
