This Shampoo & Conditioner made my families hair fall out. All three of us have experienced a good amount of hair loss. This should be taken off the market!!! I wish I could leave zero stars!!!

I started using this some weeks ago and it has worked really well on my hair. I have wavy, frizzy and dry hair and this shampoo has made my hair really soft and smooth. I have heard a lot of reviews that say it caused dandruff and hair loss but I didn't experience that. It works for some hair and for some it doesn't. I think you should try it and see if it works for you.

I wouldn't even give this a zero rating! Please do not waste your money on this product or put your hair through this you will pay for it! When I first starting using this product I thought it was pretty good and my hair was very healthy according to my stylist. There must have been a change to the formulation recently because it has dried my hair out so bad it is frizzy and was lifeless. I have noticed I am losing lots of hair when I brush it. In fact, it was a struggle to brush through and I have short hair. It was like it was all matted together and was completely frizzy after blow drying it. I recently switched to another product and after 1 wash with it my hair felt so much better. It wasn't all matted together and was easier to comb. There was so much more shine to my hair after just 1 wash with a different product. I am on day 3 of the new product and I will never ever go back to Monday. In fact, I threw away what I had left and will be returning 2 unopened bottles to get a refund. After 3 days of a rescue product my hair has body, isn't all matted together and hopefully after a haircut next week I can get rid of all the dry ends from using this product. Please do not waste your money or put your hair through Monday hell, Monday's are bad enough don't add to it with Monday products!

I went to flordia for work in December Seen great reviews for this product decided to purchase it. First few times I used it I didn't notice anything. I was in flordia about 10 days first time washing hair once a week still didn't notice much . Second time I can down for 20 days noticed still washing once a week noticed a little shedding didn't think much again returned feb 18th used it a month straight again washing once a week sometimes 2 times a week if i went swimming noticed hair was falling out really bad . I assumed it was a medication I was taking Dr assured me it wasn't. Continued using not knowing until I was sent reviews on tiktok others were having same issues. I stopped immediately. Immynhaor was so thick and Shiney Its not like straw dry brittle and stringy . I pray it bounces back after a while . I csnt believe a shampoo ruined so many peoples hair. Don't buy it
