TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter: The Promoter is MONDAY Haircare, located at Level 7, 333 Collins St, Melbourne VIC, Australia 3000

2. Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada who are aged 18 years and over. For the avoidance of doubt, entry is not open to residents of the Republic of Ireland.

3. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on the [11th August 2025] at [4pm] (AEST) and ends on [25th August 2025] at [4pm] (AEST). Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

4. Game of Skill: This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the prompt. Judging will take place within 72 hours of the competition closing by a panel appointed by the Promoter.

5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Pink Apple iMac (24-inch). Color is subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar iMac model at the Promoter’s discretion if the pink colour is unavailable in the winner’s region. Approximate prize value: AUD $1,999 (or equivalent in local currency at the time of purchase). The prize is not exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 72 hours of the competition closing. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Delivery: The prize will be shipped to the winner’s nominated postal address in one of the eligible countries. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any prizes lost, damaged, or delayed during delivery.
